A : 禮盒&點心皆為冷藏出貨，蛋糕類 (水果磅蛋糕除外) 為冷凍出貨，各商品介紹頁面皆有提供出貨溫層資訊，供您下單時選擇。

Q : 運費計算方式?

A : 若您同時購買了冷藏和冷凍的商品，就必須選擇 (冷藏+冷凍)$290的運費，若有門市自取的品項需另外下單。

冷藏 / 冷凍運費:台灣本島地區每件單一地點運費190元，消費滿3900元可免費寄至單一地點；消費滿7800元可免費寄至兩個不同地點，免運上限三個地點。

商品出貨日為1-3天 ( 宅配星期日&週二為公休不配送 )。離島外島或國際運費請電洽:+886-2-8502-2600，由專人為您服務。

Q : 蛋糕類下訂前注意事項?

A : 蛋糕選擇宅配有一定風險，配送途中可能造成蛋糕位移3~5cm，若造成蛋糕周圍沾黏、裝飾掉落，皆不再毀損補償、退款範圍內，須由客戶承擔風險。若無法承擔配送風險，請於下單時選擇明水門市取貨。

*鮮奶油、季節性新鮮水果蛋糕易造成毀損，一律不提供配送服務，請於明水門市取貨。

Q : 訂單是否能指定出貨日期呢?

A : 訂單成立後，會依1~3個工作天出貨，也可於下單頁面選擇指定到貨日，於節慶檔期 ( 春節、中秋節 ) 宅配貨運量較大，恕無法指定日期到貨。

Q : 訂單成立後是否能取消/更改呢?

A : 常態禮盒&蛋糕：
下訂後於出貨日3天前可取消訂單 ; 出貨日3天內無法取消，可聯繫專人協助更改取貨日期，僅提供指定1個月內，期限後若恕無法保留及退款。
喜餅&彌月訂單：
下訂後於出貨日7~14天內無法取消，僅可更換提貨日期。
下訂後7日內恕無法取消訂單。

Q :  點心/蛋糕的保存期限及方式?

A : 商品頁面皆有建議保存方式，鳳梨酥、常溫點心及餅乾類收到時常溫保存即可 ; 蛋糕類依產品標示建議保存即可。

Patisserie Francis旋轉木馬點心坊嚴選高品質食材，產品皆無添加防腐劑，故賞味期限較短，詳細資訊請依實際食品標示為主。

Q : 商品售出後是否提供退換貨？

A : 本公司商品為食品類，為保障食品安全，在商品本身並無缺失、毀損等重大瑕疵之情形下恕不提供退換貨，敬請諒解。如在收到商品後有任何疑問，請立即與我們聯繫。請您在收到商品後立即確認商品狀況，如有前述等重大瑕疵情況，請於收到商品24小時內來電或來信，並將商品拍照寄到客服信箱patisseriefrancis@gmail.com，我們會盡快為您處理，謝謝。
